"The Least Happy People Have 2 Things In Common"

Americans are unhappier than they've ever been before.  According to a recent study by The Institute for Family Studies:

"The last few years have been hard on everyone...Pandemic disease, lockdowns, protests, riots, crime, divisive politics, shootings, deaths of dispair, and an epidemic of loneliness-the list of reasons for being not-too-happy seem to be legion," the study found.

The least happy?

"Unmarried and not religious. Today, 60% of people under 35 fit this category...more young people lack the vital support of a spouse and a religious community, and thus new forms of adversity can rapidly lead to astonishingly severe levels of unhappiness," the study revealed.

Not surprising, when you consider that a new Gallop Poll found both faith in God and the Bible have dipped to all-time lows, with younger, more liberal Americans the least likely to believe in either.

The Bible predicts there will be a great apostacy--a rebellion or abandonment of the truth--during the endtimes. This will include a wholesale rejection of God's revelation found in the Bible, a further "falling away" of an already fallen world.

GotQuestions.org put it this way:

"In 2 Thessalonians 2:3, Paul makes it clear that the day of the Lord, a time of worldwide judgment (Isaiah 13:6; Obadiah 1:15), will not transpire until two things happen. First, the falling away, or great apostacy, must occur. Second, the 'man of lawlessness' must be revealed, he who is called the 'son of perdition' also known as the Antichrist. Once this person makes himself known, the endtimes will indeed have come."

According to the polls, we are well into the 'falling away or great apostacy.' The time to secure your salvation is now--once the Church is removed and the 'son of perdition' shows up it will be too late to escape the coming time of Tribulation.

A wise man once said: "The Greek word translated "rebellion" or "falling away" in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 is apostasia, from which we get the English word 'apostacy'. It refers to a general defection from the true God, the Bible, and the Christian faith. Every age has its defectors, but the falling away at the endtimes will be complete and world wide. The whole planet will be in rebellion against God and His Christ. Every coup requires a leader, and into this global apostacy will step the Antichrist. We believe this takes place after the church has been raptured from the earth." - GotQuestions.org

"At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold" (MATTHEW 24:10-12).
