"Same-Sex Marriage?"

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Gen.1. And the Lord God said, "It is not good that man should be alone' I will make him a helper comparable to him." Gen 2:18. And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall on Adam, and he slept; and He took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh in its place. Then the rib which the Lord God had taken from the man He made into a woman, and He brought her to the man. Gen. 2:21,22. Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate. Matt. 19:5. 

I am the Lord. You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. Lev. 18:22. Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the women, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. Roms, 1:24-27.

Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Matt. 18:3. For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. God did not send His Son into the world to condemn it, but to save it.

There is no judgment awaiting those who trust Him. But those who do not trust Him have already been judged for not believing in the only Son of God. Their judgment is based on this fact: The light from heaven came into the world, but they loved the darkness more than the light, for their actions were evil. They hate the light because they want to sin in the darkness. They stay away from the light for fear their sins will be exposed and they will be punished. But those who do what is right come to the light gladly, so everyone can see that they are doing what God wants. John 3:16-24. Repent therefore and be converted that your sins may be blotted out. Acts 3:19.

Blessed is the man who endures temptation' for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. James 1:12. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. Rev. 2:10. For what is our hope, or joy or crown of rejoicing? Is it not even you at His coming? 1 Thes. 2:19.  For in just a little while, the Coming One will come and not delay. Heb. 10:37.

As the Scriptures say, "A man leaves his father and mother and is joined to his wife, and the two are united into one." This is a great mystery, but it is an illustration of the way Christ and the church are one. Eph. 5:31-32.

If you love Me, obey My commandments. John 14:15. Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Eph. 6:24.

A wise man once said: "And now, may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, equip you with all you need for doing His will. May He produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, all that is pleasing to Him. Jesus is the great Shepherd of the sheep by an everlasting covenant, signed with His blood. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen" (Hebrews 13:20-21)
