"Israel: Ground Zero"

The nation of Israel is ground zero when it comes to biblical prophecy. They are the target of hundreds of predictions both past and future. It is impossible to over-emphasize their importance, as all of scripture revolves around Israel. In fact, all the world's population is divided into only two categories: One is either a Jew, or a Gentile.

The descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob have phenomenal (read  miraculous) staying power. What other nationality has been destroyed as a nation (not once but twice!) and survived to re-establish themselves? Not one, not ever. The Jews spent a total of 2600 years scattered throughout the world and yet they retained their national identity. The history of the Jewish people is a fascinating study--not because their survival is amazing, though it is--but because every detail of it was prophesied beforehand. We believe this to be one of the greatest proofs of God's existence.

Let's start with the call of Abraham and Sarah. God promised they would become the parents of a new people (the Jews) and that He'd give them a new land (Israel) and through their descendant (Jesus), all of the families of the earth would be blessed. (Genesis 12). There was only one problem--Sarah was barren. Of course that little detail only made things more interesting. Though it took a while, God fulfilled this promise when Sarah conceived a child at 90 years old and Abraham was as good as dead, at 100.

Why would God wait so long? To test their faith and to make sure everyone understood this was a bonafide miracle.

Then there was Moses. He had the job of leading the Hebrew people into the Promised Land (Israel). Promised by God to His chosen people forever.

Deuteronomy 7:6, says, "For you are a people consecrated to Adonai your God: of all the peoples on earth Adonai your God chose you to be God's treasured people."

Unfortunatly, God's chosen people didn't always choose God, and  it was prophesied that Israel would be scattered among the nations two times as a punishment, and then be regathered again (for the last time) "in the latter days" (Deuteronomy 4:27-31).

This prophecy was fulfilled on May 14,1948.

This gives you an idea of how detailed and on-target these prophecies were. Can there be any doubt prophecies concerning the future will be just as accurate?

If so, don't expect the world to go back to normal anytime soon. In fact, things will continue to spiral in a horrific downward trajectory as we enter into the concluding 7 years of world history.

Meanwhile, God warned the Israelites repeatedly of the consequences of disobedience: the end times will be brutal for them. Antisemitism will rear its ugly head among a God-hating world. The Jews will be attacked on all sides and the nations of the earth will eventually come against them in the final battle of the Tribulation known as Armeggeddon.

The good news? The Lord Jesus Christ will intervene, bringing an end to the destruction and preserve a remnant of God's chosen people for His Kingdom.
"For then there will be great tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the world until this time, no nor ever shall be. And unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake those days will be shortened" (MATTHEW 24:21-22).

A wise man once said: "If any other country received a massive, unprovoked rocket (and terror) attack aimed at its civilian population, the world would be outraged. Leaders would be stepping all over one another in their rush to condemn such barbarity. But in this case, the world mostly condemns Israel...for defending itself!" -- Hal Lindsey, author

"Does The Bible Predict End Time Hyper-inflation?"

If the Bible does not speak directly about a global economic collapse, why have prophecy teachers always taught there would be one? Because, just as the doctrine of the Trinity is never spelled out for us, it is undeniably there. An economic collapse is there too--by implication.

One only has to read the Book of Revelation to get a glimpse of what's coming. There will be wars, pestilence, famine and terrible natural disasters, like massive earthquakes, unprecedented drought, heatwaves, and humungus hailstones. Revelation 6 releases the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse; #3 mentions food prices:
"When the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say, "Come!" And I looked up and saw a black horse, and its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. And a voice from among the four living beings said, "A loaf of wheat bread or three loaves of barley for a day's pay. And don't waste the olive oil and wine."
This rider on the black horse takes prosperity from the earth and replaces it with famine and hyperinflation.

The Book of James doesn't mince words when it says in Chapter 5:
"Look here, you rich people, weep and groan with anguish because of all the terrible troubles ahead of you. Your wealth is rotting away and your fine clothes are moth-eaten rags. Your gold and silver have become worthless. The very wealth you were counting on will eat away your flesh in hell. This treasure you have accumulated will stand as evidence against you in the last days."
These Scriptures (among others) paint a bleak economic picture, but Revelation 13:16-17 is the clincher:
"He (Antichrist) required everyone--great and small, rich and poor, slave or free--to be given a mark on the right hand or on the forehead. And no one could buy or sell anything with out that mark..."

Well, we don't know about you-but most people would probably balk at giving up their money in exchange for a mark...unless, of course, their money didn't cut the mustard anymore. The Bible makes it clear these judgments will encompass the entire planet. Who could have guessed 2,000 years ago we'd end up with a global economy?

As chaotic as the world seems already, it's important to remember that all the "signs" the Bible says will characterize the 7 years of Tribulation are here on a global scale right now.

But before the Tribulation can begin God must evacuate His ambassadors-His Bride, the Church. There are no signs for that. The evacuation (or Rapture) of the Church will take the world completely by surprise and then comes seven years of God's judgment on an unbelieving, God-rejecting, unsaved world that treated the sacrificial blood of His Son as something worthless.

And while we have no idea how much time remains before the Church is taken (it could be years, it could be seconds) we do know this: The time to get ready is now.

Playing Russian roulette with your eternal destiny is nothing less than insanity.

A wise man once said: "Recently, the United States, UK, Australia, Germany and other nations began withdrawing their personnel from Ukraine. They did this believing that Russia was about to invade that country and they wanted to get their people out of harms way. The Rapture will happen for similar reasons. God will remove His people from planet Earth before the greatest calamities begin." - Hal Lindsey, author
"Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close in on you suddenly like a trap" (LUKE 21:34).

"Important Warning: Once The Process Begins, There's No Stopping It"

Award-winning author, Gary Ritter, has a vital warning in regard to the times we are currently in: they ain't gonna stop.

And though many are still hoping that the world will go back to the good old days prior to 2020, Ritter believes Scripture says otherwise.

According to Ritter:

"We have only to consider the history of Israel to see the truth. In all of human history, no nation that had been completely destroyed and its people scattered has ever come back into existence. Yet, Israel did. In fact, the re-establishment of her as a nation was an absolute miracle of God. He foretold it and He brought that prophecy to fulfillment."

The prophecy, found in Isaiah 66:6-9, is amazing in its accuracy, but the last two lines may have special significance for our day.

"... Before the birth pains even begin, Jerusalem gives birth to a son. Who has even seen or heard of anything as strange as this? Has a nation ever been born in a single day? Has a country ever come forth in a mere moment? But by the time Jerusalem's birth pains begin, the baby will be born; the nation will come forth. Would I ever bring this nation to the point of birth and then not deliver it? asks the LORD. No! I would never keep this nation from being born, says your God..."

While this passage prophesied about the rebirth of Israel (fulfilled miraculously on May 14, 1948), Jesus also used the birth pain analogy in describing what would happen at the time of His return. Ritter believes the last two lines hold a clue for us today.

"All that happens in the run-up to Jesus reappearing and inserting Himself again into human history, He likens to the the birth process," says Ritter.

"This is a critical point in understanding Bible prophecy," Ritter declared. "In fact, it is vital for us to realize that when God begins the birth process, He will bring it to completion.

"What is the nature of that process? For a woman, when birth pains begin, they signal the impending event of delivery. The contractions grow closer together and increase in intensity. Eventually, the pain is overwhelming and birth quickly happens. Once labor begins, it doesn't stop. A woman doesn't go into labor and then go out of it. It's a forward moving process that must be completed."

In other words, if the last days birth pains have begun, we're on a trajectory of no return.

Jesus explained the various signs that will take place prior to His coming (global deception, lawlessness, pandemics, natural disasters, wars and rumors of war, famines, etc.) and then said "All these are the beginning of the birth pains".

Our advice? Believe Him.

A wise man once said: "When the process begins, there is no stopping it. Times will grow worse, the world will become darker. All necessary circumstances contributing to Jesus' return will intensify and grow closer together, and they will not relent...nothing will halt the inevitable march towards God's judgment upon this world, i.e. the culmination of birth pains and the delivery of God's wrath.

Before that happens, the Lord has promised to remove His true church, the Bride of Christ, from this hour of trial that is coming. (Revelation 3:10).

"Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in Me...When everything is ready, I will come and get you so that you will always be with Me where I am" (JOHN 14: 1,3).
