"3 Dangerous Predictions"

Imagine, if you will, getting an advance copy of tomorrow's headlines today. It would certainly make for an interesting  Super Bowl, (not to mention stock portfolio).

Prophecy pundit Hal Lindsey puts it this way:
"Everyone wants to know what happens next. That makes predicting the future big business. Huge corporations spend millions on consulting firms to tell them what's around the corner. Many of these consultants create computer models that take known facts and attempt to extrapolate from them an understanding of the unknown future."
On Monday, three dangerous predictions were made.

For instance, The International Monetary Fund threw global policymakers for a loop on Monday by predicting a trade war could trigger a sharp economic slow down around the world which  sent the markets plummeting.

While in Tehran, Iranian Air Force Chief Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh predicted the demise of Israel as the violence between the two nations escalated over the weekend and edged dangerously close to war. "Iran is fully ready and impatient to confront the Zionist regime and eliminate it from the earth," Nasirzadeh said. His words on Monday did nothing but throw fuel on the fire.

And finally...The world is going to end in 12 years unless the government takes action (and by 'action' she means throw more $ at it), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) predicted Monday in regards to global warming:
"At some point these chronic realities do reach a breaking point. Young people understand that climate change is an existential threat. 3,000 Americans died in Hurricane Maria. The UN says we've got 12 years left to fix it."
A recent poll predicts 74% of Dems would vote for the 29 year-old for president if only she were old enough.

(Care to predict the consequences of that?!)

A wise man once said: "God doesn't have to guess. God can  and does reveal certain things about the future to us. Through the prophet Daniel, He correctly laid out a detailed outline of world history from Daniel's time forward, covering the next 600 years. In our time, we see the nations of the world aligning themselves in ways predicted by Daniel and other prophets...so what's going to happen? All the things God promised." -- Hal Lindsey, author

"Russia & China: Preparing For Nuclear War?"

This week Russia and China are holding the largest ever joint war games that will include simulations for nuclear warfare, according to U.S. Defense officials.

The drills, known as The Vostok 2018, have been condemned by NATO as a rehearsal for "large-scale conflict", and come at a time of escalating tensions with the West.

According to official Pentagon reports, "Under President Donald Trump, the U.S. has re-defined its national security and defense postures, and both documents point towards China and Russia, rather than terrorism or climate change, as the biggest threat to the U.S."

It appears that Moscow and Beijing have become BFFs and forged what they described as a "strategic partnership" in opposition to what they consider the U.S. global domination.

"They feel they need to embrace to deal with the increasingly high pressure and containment from the U.S., said Yue Gang, a retired Chinese Army colonel and military expert.

"For Russia, the increasingly robust alliance with China is particularly important amid growing tensions with the U.S. and its allies and a looming threat of more biting U.S. sanctions," reports Fox News.

According to Business Insider: "It's unclear how China and Russia may coordinate nuclear war, as they have very different models of nuclear strategy. Russia holds the most nuclear warheads in the world, and has employed them on a growing number of dangerous and devastating platforms. Russia hopes to soon field an underwater doomsday device that could cripple life on earth for decades. Also, U.S. intelligence reports indicate Russia is struggling with a nuclear-powered, nuclear-armed cruise missile.

"China, on the other hand, has taken the opposite approach to nuclear weapons by opting for minimum deterrence."

Any way you cut this "strategic partnership" looks like another prophetic puzzle piece falling into place. Even the name Vostok seems to fit. Vostok means 'east'--as in 'Kings of the East?'
"Then the sixth angel poured out his bowl on the great Euphrates River, and it dried up so that the Kings of the east could march their armies westward without hindrance. And they gathered all the rulers and their armies to a place called Armageddon in Hebrew."  Revelation 16: 12 & 16
A wise man once said: " The kings of the east in Biblical prophecy refers to another sphere of power which was to arise in the world at the same time as the great Northern Power, Russia." --Hal Lindsey, author

"Russia Viewed As Rising Star"

According to The Jerusalem Post: "Russia is viewed as the rising military star in the region while the U.S. is perceived as a falling star."

The news that Russia and Iran had a "secret" deal to place Russia's strategic bombers and strike fighters on an airbase in Western Iran is seen as proof.

"Although Israeli and American intelligence communities knew in advance that Iran agreed to host Russian bombers on its soil, the two countries are puzzled by the development, but understand its strategic importance--not only to the Middle East, but globally."

Aimed at boosting their military cooperation, the secret deal marks a much larger strategy: to increase Russia's influence in the Middle East.

The Post article continues: "In that sense, Putin is taking advantage of the incoherent and hesitant U.S. foreign policy of President Barack Obama. It seems the U.S. is trying to detach itself from world conflicts, which may well result in a new version of isolationism."

With what other countries is Russia "enhancing its military cooperation?"

  • China
  • Egypt
  • Saudi Arabia
  • (and just last week)--Turkey
Israeli military officials believe it is clear "that Moscow is trying to create a wedge between the U.S. and its traditional allies."

"American allies--including Israel--understand the new Russian game and its true motives, but still feel they have no choice but to tacitly support it."

Why? Because they believe Russia has a future with up-side potential and the U.S. does not.

A wise woman once said: "God reveals a fascinating and detailed prophecy about a future war campaign against Israel in the book of Ezekiel. The war is known as the "Gog and Magog War" because the people of Magog and their leader, Gog, will lead the attack against Israel. Scripture clearly teaches that this war will be a turning point for Israel with regard to their relationship with God. The sobering, yet exciting aspect of this study is that for the first time since Ezekiel penned these prophecies, the countries that will gather against Israel have built an alliance in recent years. The prophetic puzzle pieces are now in place. It is just a matter of time, that is, God's timing before these prophecies find fulfillment." -- Amy Van Gerpen, Tracking Bible Prophecy
